Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Please note that we shall do our best to despatch your orders within 3 working days. Our items are sent First Class, recorded delivery, via Royal Mail and you should receive your order within 2 to 5 days. If we estimate an item will take longer than 10 working days, we shall contact you by email and give you the option to cancel or amend your order. Please note that a signature will be required and therefore ensure that you give us a valid UK address for delivery.
Standard delivery is charged at £4.95 per order.

Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and not used them. Please follow the procedure set out below for returns.

Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to made to measure or personalised products.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to enjoy our garments and are sorry if any of them may be faulty. We will always do our best to ensure your order is fulfilled to your satisfaction. If this is not the case, please refer to our returns procedure below.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from date of order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original tags intact.

Please attach the return address label, stating the reason for your return, which is located on the despatch document you received with your order. If you have mislaid the return address label, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service or consider obtaining a proof of posting from your Post Office as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

- Any item not in its original condition,
- Is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days from date of order

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable).
